Nicholas
V. Didier, President, CEO, & Founder
Prior to forming IP Finance, Nicholas Didier, worked with Lloyds’
of London and certain Institutional Investors to develop a number of financial
IP asset monetization structures. Before founding IP Finance he was Managing
Director of Guy Carpenter at Marsh McLennan where he started a new subsidiary,
Guy Carpenter Advisors, a Securities Broker Dealer developing alternative
risk financing and risk securitization investment products. Prior to this
venture he was at Morgan Stanley, as President of Morgan Stanley Bank (the
first commercial banking entity for the firm), and Morgan Stanley ADR Services,
bringing together foreign issuers and US institutional investors. He started
his professional career with the Government of Luxembourg as a senior diplomat
and negotiator in trade relations where he also served as Consul General
of Luxembourg in New York. He holds a J.D., an Advanced Degree in Economics
and a Ph.D. in International Economics. |

Kevin
McMahon, Managing Director and General Council
Prior to joining IP Finance, Kevin McMahon was a Partner at Weil, Gotshal
& Manges, LLP where he co-founded the firm’s patent litigation
and counseling group. He has represented companies such as ExxonMobil, Pirelli,
NMB Semiconductor, ST Microelectronics and United Healthcare in patent infringement
litigations resulting in hundreds of millions in realized licensing revenues.
Before Weil, he was at Schlumberger Limited where he headed a 30 lawyer
Patent Department that was responsible for the development, acquisition,
protection, licensing, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Electrical
Engineering and earned his JD degree at Georgetown University. |

Wil
Jacques, Jr., Managing Director
Prior to joining IP Finance, Wil Jacques was President and CEO of Emanus,
a licensing and technology commercialization firm which he founded in 2003.
In this role, he has negotiated and closed licenses for various companies
and universities, namely, Alpha Research, Pharmaconomics, and Florida A&M
University among others. Prior to forming Emanus, he was Vice President
of marketing and technology commercialization at Competitive Technologies,
Inc. (AMEX: CTT). While at CTT Mr. Jacques had P&L responsibility for
a $150 million patent portfolio, and implemented new sales, marketing, and
research tools resulting in a substantial increase in deal flow. He holds
a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University in Washington, DC,
conducted post-baccalaureate research at M.I.T., and earned an MBA with
a concentration in marketing from American University. He is a registered
patent agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. |

Donald
E. Stout, of Council
Donald Stout is a Partner at the intellectual property law firm of Antonelli,
Terry, Stout & Kraus based in Washington D.C. and is registered to practice
before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He was CEO of NPT and as such,
led the patent enforcement action against Research in Motion (RIM), the
manufacturer of Blackberry. After a favorable Jury Verdict, he negotiated
a $612 Million settlement with RIM at the beginning of 2006. He received
his B.S. in Electrical Engineering, from the Pennsylvania State University
and his J.D. at The George Washington University National Law Center. |
